📦 Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Time:

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Partner: We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC for reliable deliveries.

💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 25% ₹ ( Non-refundable Amount) advance payment required to confirm the order. Remaining amount to be paid at delivery.

🧾 Order Tracking:

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order at Track My Order (update this link if needed).

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions:

  • Delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier issues.
  • In such cases, we’ll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
