RTO (Return to Origin) Policy – OTP Tshirts
At OTP Tshirts, we strive to deliver your orders smoothly and on time. However, if a prepaid order is not received by the customer and gets returned to us (RTO), the following policy applies:
1. What Happens if Your Order is Returned (RTO)?
- If your order is returned due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or unavailability, we will notify you once we receive the package back.
- Customers will need to pay RTO charges (return shipping fee) to have the order reshipped.
2. How to Request a Reshipment?
- Customers must contact us within 10 days of the RTO notification to request a reshipment.
- RTO charges must be paid before we dispatch the order again.
3. What If the Customer Does Not Respond?
- If we do not receive any response within 10 days, the order will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
4. How to Avoid RTO?
- Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, authorize someone else to receive it or contact the courier for rescheduling.
