Refund and Return Policy for OTP Tshirts
At OTP Tshirts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help. Please review our policy to understand how to request a refund or return.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Returns and refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- You receive a wrong product that is different from what you ordered.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, you must follow these steps:
- Step 1: Upon receiving the product, if you notice it is damaged or the wrong product, record a video clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage or wrong product details).
- Step 2: Send the video, along with your order number and a description of the problem, to otptshirtsofficial@gmail.com.
Once we receive your video and review the issue, we will notify you whether your return or refund request is approved.
3. Return and Refund Process
If your return or refund is approved, you have two options:
- Replacement: We will ship the correct product at no additional cost, as long as the original (damaged or incorrect) item is returned.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition (except for damaged items).
- Returns are not accepted for reasons like a change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please review our size chart carefully before making a purchase.
5. Shipping for Returns
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. In some cases, we may send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ensure the returned item is securely packaged.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of approval.
OTP Tshirts is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Products that are not damaged or incorrect.
- Products that have been used or worn.
- Sale items or discounted products, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
7. Exchanges
In the case of receiving a wrong product, you can request an exchange. Follow the return process as mentioned, and once approved, we will send you the correct item.
8. Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you’ll receive the funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
